Poor old Roebourne Aboriginal community remains in the news as a town needing help to keep kids safe from predation. The State politicians cannot get their act together and tackle this issue in a bipartisan way. Shame, shame on them.
I would love to see some of the great Aboriginal leaders step in like Pat Dodson. I know it's not his country but if this stops these great ones then it is as bad as the scourge of party politics.
I hope our Premier Mark McGowan reads this blog.
May the Force be with our Aboriginal brothers and sisters as they continue to right the damage that began in 1788.
